Digital Delivery & Refund Stance
Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate, unrestricted access to proprietary digital content, coaching platforms, and video systems. Because this information is instantly consumed and cannot be fundamentally “returned,” all sales are considered final. We do not offer standard refunds for buyer’s remorse unless a conditional, action-based guarantee is explicitly outlined on a specific product’s sales page.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes
Onyx Skills LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks or friendly fraud. Any customer who initiates a chargeback dispute with their issuing bank or credit card company after accessing our digital products will be permanently banned from all current and future Onyx Skills LLC properties.
To protect our merchant processing infrastructure, we log all IP addresses, login timestamps, and video consumption metrics. In the event of a dispute, this extensive digital evidence will be immediately submitted to our payment processors and the customer’s bank to resolve the dispute in our favor.
